Darin has more than two decades of experience working with some of the nation’s top health systems, hospitals, and medical groups on engagements focused on strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, hospital-physician affiliations, and regional strategic alliances. Clients appreciate Darin’s ability to bring clarity to complex issues and find common ground among stakeholders. His experience ranges from multi–health system acquisitions/partnerships to service line integration projects. Darin has successfully led numerous health system–medical group partnership engagements, serving as an adviser to executives and physicians in the design and execution of partnership terms that build goal alignment and create high-performing organizations. He also has specific expertise in physician organization development, compensation planning and incentive design, and service line/physician organization management. Darin is currently a member of the firm’s management committee. He is frequently asked to speak to industry audiences across the country on topics including hospital planning and physician-related issues.
